We called when our water heater broke and flooded a bedroom. They showed up within 2 hours, set up fans and dehumidifiers, and removed the soaked carpet padding. Then they came back and checked on it every day until the area was completely dried out. We ended up with no damage to the walls, and just had to replace the carpet padding. Great service

I got the name of this company from the BBB website. They have an A+ rating so I decided to give them a call. Adriana, Christina, and their team responded, came out right away, and gave an estimate for the bathroom remodel. Out of 3 estimates they had the best price and we liked them best. They worked with our insurance company and met their requests perfectly. They did a great job on the demo and new install. Cleaned up very thoroughly and made all aspects of the job to our liking. Their crew was on time and did a great job. They made sure that my wife and I were happy with all the choices we made on the remodel. If I liked something and my wife didn't, they continued to find more patterns until we both were happy and satisfied. The end results was amazing and we are very happy with the remodel. I highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects. I give them a 5 star rating.

ProTech – Owner = Rudy and his son were very professional, skilled, qualified, certified, and principled. They want to assure you get your life back as fast as possible. We were in Chicago for a 1 ½ week's vacation when we came back we had a floor in our Master Bedroom, Closet, Bathroom, Powered Room, and another area on the main floors that were very much affected by the Water Damage leak from the master bedroom. I called my Insurance company Branch and they provided me with Service Master, and ServPro = none of these companies could even come out for 2 weeks to look at the house. Servpro did an excellent job on the renovations after an unfortunate pipe leak caused significant damage throughout my kitchen and bedroom. Ajay Mistry was my construction coordinator. He worked with all the contractors and scheduling. This was great to have a single point of contact handling my project. He is respectful, responsive, and was a pleasure to work with. It made the stress of going through this much more bearable.

I strongly encourage anyone to avoid this company. They came to mitigate water damage and then essentially forced me to use them to repair the floor after I had already contracted with someone else. While the work itself was fine, the owner was regularly rude and condescending, they damaged several items in my home while completing the job, and returned over a year later saying I owed more money.

A storm left a hole in our roof, and we didn’t notice the water damage until it started dripping through the ceiling. By then, it had soaked into the insulation and walls. Reactic Restoration responded quickly, removed the water, dried everything out, and even helped us with repairs. They made a stressful situation so much easier. Now our home is safe, dry, and as good as new!
